How to disable dashboard (6 posts)

    Hey all,

I'd like to know, is there an easy way (or plugin) that would make it easier for users to post comments to my entries? Right now, when they login they get the dashboard and all that goes with it. I'd like to be able to have them only be able to comment (although still have the dashboard available for my team).

    Thanks in advance =)

There are a couple dashboard plugins, and I think there is also a plugin that returns someone to the page they were viewing when they logged in, instead of direct to the dashboard. But I just remember seeing the threads about them, I don't know where they are. Try a search for dashboard plugin.

Interesting.. I found a plugin to remove some of the RSS feeds, but what I'd really like is for them only to be able to comment, and never actually leave the main site. I've seen this on multiple boards and will keep looking. If I find it, I'll post back here with my results. Thanks!

And of course the easiest way to allow people to comment is to not require them to be registered.
