I need to deactivate the comment option from particular pages, but there is no control for this option on any of my pages. How do I do it or add this feature to my blog. Thanks.

Untick "Allow comments" in the Discussion pane on each Edit Page. If you do not see this pane, click Screen Options and tick "Discussion".
