   i want to design a news website, i have posts under 6 categories. i want to display latest 2 post in each categories on front-page. how can i design this front page

   There are literally hundreds (maybe thousands???) of themes already designed for news type sites. Rather tha re-inventing the wheel from scratch, why not try one of those and then edit to suit your own needs?
