   i post an ad of room for rent, the room is occupied and i cant even found any tabs to delete my post! this is a very very not user friendly site for blogging =(

   Are you serious?

   Go to your posts menu, hover your pointer over the post you wish to delete, a menu will appear, one option will be Trash. Done.

   Even after you were told how to delete it I see the post is still there so I'd like to ask again... seriously?

   Let's try this again -- log into admin, go to posts, hover over the post you want to delete, click trash.

   its about as user friendly as you are ever gonig to find. What part aren't you understanding?

   there are only 3 tabs DASHBOARD, PROFILE, TOOLS. i even have to search for my post then i can find it, it doesnt appear on my dahsboard.

   other blog site r so easy to manage, everything is clear on the dashboard. this is my 1st time try this wordpress. :( i cant manage my post.

   It's not on "dashboard" - like they said above, log out, log back in as "WP/admin" then there should be a whole list of stuff on a left side panel. It will list all posts, all pages, all tools, etc.
   Slow down and try it again

    if the wordpress site is yours, as in you set it up, you should already be the admin. You should be able to post, edit, and delete. Are you the admin of the site? If not, then the admin of the site has set it up so you can't delete posts and you will have to contact them directly. If you are the admin, sign in with the admin name and password you created when you set up wordpress
