Hey,
I have a self-hosted blog, hosted at, let's say, example.com.
I want to delete everything, including posts and RSS, and create a new folder - install a new wordpress there - and create an entirely new blog - on THE SAME URL. How do I do that?
Won't it mix up my RSS feeds?
Will google reader users get my posts all scrambled up with old posts appearing in my new feed?
Please help!!

Delete all WordPress files & folders and either empty to delete your existing database. Then re-install WordPress.

No - these are generated on demand.

No - it will only be able to pick up the new feed.
