    Hi All,

I've recently built my first website/blog with WordPress and after changing the theme to a better one my "Blog" permalink duplicated.

So could you help me how to delete the older page at http://www.exercisesforfatloss.com/blog and substitute it with the page that is now at http://www.exercisesforfatloss.com/blog-2?

I tried to overwrite the permalink of the newer page under 'Edit Page' but it didn't work, even after deleting permanently the older "Blog" page.

I wonder whether I have to overwrite the .htacess file?

Thank you for your help in advance!!!

Trash the new page too then go to trash and empty trash. Then make a new page named "Blog".

    That should do it.

Yes, I emptied trash, deleted the new page and deleted that one from the trash too, then made a new "Blog" page again... but it didn't help either.
Under the /blog permalink the old content remained there, and under /blog-2 there is the new content I want to switch the /blog permalink to.

    Any other ideas?

Anyway, thanks for your help guys!
