I can define which roles shall be moderator, but I find no way to delete unwanted chat posts.

I'd like to second this, although it might be 9 months ago. I know one can clear the full chat log, but I can't see much use for moderators. A moderator likes to remove one post most of the time.

We bought the premium version of this plugin and like to have this feature (it's necessary to be honest).

I would like to ask how to delete posts anyway. I mean just normal posts. Where is the option.

    Hey there!

I think you need to ask a moderator to do it, not sure though

My question was related to chat posts made by the Chat plugin. How can the moderator delete one.

I think the only way is is to delete them in database directly - from wordpress I go to database-empty/drop tables ... choose empty mp_chat_message... empty and that it is. If you want to delete only single message you can to it inside msql base, but not in real time. Maybe payed version has more options.
