   I recently scanned some of my posts on my blog and changed the names of individuals to protect the innocent. However, a google on the person's name still brings up an xml feed file. Can this be deleted or eliminated in some manner? Do I have to wait for a google re-scan of my site? What can I do?

   You know the old saying "don't put anything in writing that you wouldn't say to a person's face". Well, I didn't remember that when I made a post.

   Thanks for any help in understanding how to correct this, if at all possible.

   I figured it out. Once I modified the post and comments and then looked at the xml file in the browser, I did a refresh and the updated file was there. Then I looked in Google and the raw xml file was the updated one. Only the excerpt in the search still references old content. But that will go away after some time.
