I'm new at customizing WordPress themes and struggling with a few things, hoping someone could help me out. I'm using Outreach, it's a Genesis theme...
#1 How do I customize the footer? I want to remove "Outreach Church Theme" and add my logo, and also alter the text to the right.
#2 How do I change the orange "Outreach Church Theme" at the top left of the page to my logo?

I would assume you would edit the theme's footer.php to add/edit anything
as for the logo at the top, the easiest way to do that would be to rename or delete the current image - name the one you create the same and upload it to same spot

that way you don't have to change any code
back up files before modification
