How to create youtube thumbnail image in wordpress theme?

    Here is what bugging my head:
    when I am going to the video category page, the image (thumbnail for YouTube video) is not showing up. When I’m clicking on the video title, it is opening fine in the page.

    Following is the code I’m using.
    <iframe width=”590″ height=”472″ src=”http://www.youtube.com/embed/mUlN78N1NN8&#8243; frameborder=”0″ allowfullscreen></iframe>

    Can you tell me how you create thumbnail gallery?
    I’ll appreciate your help.
