I have tried to search the WordPress site for what plugin or code changes I need to have a toggled (show/hide) link list like those on the WordPress Doc pages. (e.g. http://codex.wordpress.org/Theme_Development) Also, would you're solution work on posts as well?
I thought it might be an aside but having looked at it in more detail I'm unsure.
