How To Create Multiple but Unique Subpages (3 posts)

I am creating a recruiting website using the Responsive theme. I want to have unique pages in the same format for individual candidates to show hiring managers. I want them all to use the same format: name (title), picture, resume, details, and video of a short interview. I created a subpage, pasting the resume in the main field. Using widgets in a sidebar, I inserted the picture, details, and video. It looked great (for a starter version). However, now those widgets appear on every page that uses that template, including the picture, video, details, etc. I can "hide" them, but that will require a long list of widgets in the sidebar for all these candidates. Is there a way to use the Responsive theme to have a lot of unique sub-pages using the same format? Thanks.
