    This is the site I'm working on: http://www.casaguadalupana.org/here. I'd really like to make the menu (but not the header image) stick to the top of the browser like this: http://www.makeuseof.com/tag/sticky-header-bar-makeuseof/. I tried following the instructions on that site, but it didn't work. If someone could help me out, I'd really appreciate it because I've spent a lot of time trying to find the solution without any luck. Thank you!

    I think you can do what you want by adding this to the end of your child theme's style.css:

    #page {
        margin-top: 55px;
    }
    #access {
        position: fixed;
        top: 0;
        width: 1000px;
    }

    What theme are you using? This plugin works on most of the top free themes, along with some custom ones with default setting.
