   I am using the clear line theme and it did not come with a page for my blog posts. If you go to my website http://www.healthextremist.com the blog posts come up. But I want to create a page that can be in the bar below my header (next to about me, contact me)so you can click on it to go back to the blog posts.

   I added the page titled "Home" but I can't find a way to make my posts appear there.
   Hope I am describing this right.

   you need to create a custom page template .use that template in a page.
   See the below link to create page templates.

   Actually, if your posts show up, you don't need a page template... you simply need a home tab

   You can either create your own menu from appearance->menus, with a custom URL tab added that goes to your home URL

   Or, you can use this plugin
   http://wordpress.org/extend/plugins/page-links-to/

   TO redirect your Home page to your main URL
