How to Create Facebook Application for the installation of Facebook Publish 2

I’ve followed the video which shows a screen to do the Facebook Application. Yet when I go into “detailed setup instructions” and then into “create facebook application”, I do not get the screen shown in video for the facebook application page. You get the facebook developer page which looks different from video.

Very confusing…
