wnigaglioniHello, everyone. I am new to WordPress and just learned about this content management system for the past couple of days. I want to make a SSL(https://) application form with a PayPal submit button. My question is do I have to make the application form from scratch using PHP, MySQL, HTML, and CSS and upload it to WordPress or are their any plugins out there that will do this specific task?
