Hi I’m running 3 WP websites for a few years. But a few hours ago mistakenly I restore my WP site! As I don’t know how to solve this problem and on the other hand my webmaster also in vacation so is there any one can help me out to teach me How to create a stylish sign up form on my WP site or is there any plugin?

Gravity Forms and WuFoo are two that come to mind, and while I have not used them, they get a lot of love from the community. They are not free (though not expensive) and both provide easy-to-use form builders.

Sign up forms is one thing and I do think Gravity Forms is the way to go… but if you want an order form then you might want to use a system like Secure Order Form. They offer a custom-built system that I’ve used and works well for accepting payments and credit cards online.
