How to Create a Squeeze Header

    Just registered a new domain name for a new blog that I’ll be launching shortly.

    I’ll be experimenting with delivering the blog primarily via email, using a service such as Aweber. To optimise the blog, I want to have the squeeze page/email capture in the header on every page, with the main blog underneath.

    Aside from getting a custom design (which will cost $1000s that I don’t currently have), is there a simple way to do it myself or any cheap templates?
