   I have looked around but still am having a hard time finding an answer to this question.

   I have a sliced image that I want to set as the header/body/footer image. I can't find a theme that has that capability, and I don't know much html/css/php, however, I can figure it out with a bit of guidance.

   Anybody got some guidance?
