How to create a "Remember me checkbox" ?

    Hi.

    I have a contact form on my website, where users fill in their question and their Email address.

    I would like to create a “remember me checkbox” so users dont have to fill in their email everytime they use the contact form.

    How do I do this? I have understood it can be done by creating a cookie with javascript, but how do I do this?
