How can I create a post template in which I can simply fill in information. Like on a form in which you fill in information.
So that when I post, I don't have to write the fields to fill in each time; I just have to fill the fields in.
Please help.

The Pods CMS Framework plugin has a pretty steep learning curve, but it can create forms both on the front (available to users) and back end (available in the Dashboard). It stores the data in its own tables, not in posts, but supplies all the tools you need to retrieve and display the data.
