[resolved] How to create a new tab (home, about us, contact us) without it listing others (2 posts)

I've recently made a website for a brand at the company I work for, i'm attempting to add new tabs such as Home/Welcome, Products, About us, Contact us.

I've made the page and gave it a parent as I am aware you need to do.

I've set the theme location header navigation to the home menu I've created, every page I've add to it makes a new tab like I want it to but on the first page, I've named welcome it list's all the info all the other pages have on them.
I've tried to add another menu such as a Products Avail one but nothing will show up on the website, not even the name.

So under my Home menu I've made a welcome, Products Avail and Contact us page.
Welcome will display all of the Products Avail and Contact Us details.

If I click the Products Avail tab it has made along the top line of the website (the tabs I want to make) it will take me to the page I want but it has no tabs at the top like the first page and only the info for that page and nothing else

I have no idea what I am doing wrong or how this is happening.

I'm also using the Your Company theme from Themeforest, if that helps.

Thank you in advance for any help!

    See: http://codex.wordpress.org/WordPress_Menu_User_Guide

You can typically set up a custom menu - and drag/drop what appears on your site. However, your theme may be set up differently - so you may need to contact the developer via TF - as we don't have access to (or knowledge of) commercial themes here.
