I'd like to know whether is possible to create a site with some pages on WordPress format and another pages with ComicPress format. Is it possible? Or another way would one be install WordPress with ComicPress in another folder inside the host and link this with the rest of the site?

If you use WordPress as your main site, using it like a CMS, then you could install comicpress in a subfolder.
So you main site would be: yourdomain.com (powered by wordpress) and then you install cominc press in a subfolder: youdomain.com/blog
