Is there a theme or a plugin that would be a frame, and I could import another agreed-upon person's blog into my frame and sustain their look and feel? Appreciate any help!

As you can see there's a frame on top of the page. This frame is from the page that linked me to the page I am now seeing.
Of course I'd like to make mine less messy...
