How to create a footer only page with appropriate CSS? (2 posts)

    Hi,
    I am working on a new website where we are going to have some pages transactional pages built outside of WordPress; however, I would like to use the global header and footer from our WordPress site (currently http://test.bankruptcy.com) on those transactional pages. That way, whenever we make a change to the header/footer in WordPress, that change is automatically reflected on the transactional pages outside of WordPress.

    The header only and footer only pages will be displayed in an iframe on those transactional pages (with other content populated in between via a database).

    I was able to create my header only page and it came out perfect (http://test.bankruptcy.com/header-only/).
    <?php get_header(); ?>
    <?php
    /*
    Template Name: Header Only
    */
    ?>

    I can't seem to get the footer only page to display properly (http://test.bankruptcy.com/footer-only/) even though I used the same php code.
    <?php
    /*
    Template Name: Footer Only
    */
    ?>
    <?php get_footer(); ?>
    It should look like the footer on this page instead: http://test.bankruptcy.com/bankruptcy-101/
    For whatever reason, it's not pulling in the CSS properly.

    Any ideas what I can do? I'm very new at wordpress.

    Thanks!

    You can load wordpress (when installed in a subdirectory of your main domain) per this:
