    Hi, i'm trying to position a language selector on the top left corner of my banner. It seems to work but whenever i scale the window it moves to an undesired position. What am i doing wrong? Also the position i put it is 2px off to the right in IE - how come?

    Twenty Eleven Child theme

    instead of:

    left: 774px;

    use:

    right: 2px;

    Beat me

    It's happening because you've got an enormous and static left property value.

    Instead of left, use right.
    E.g

    #language-selector {
     right: 0;
    }
