Where are these RSS feeds stored? In WordPress (as links?) Or in a seperate feed reader, like Bloglines?
No, just a list on my computer in a text file. :(
So you just have the urls? Like, saved in a list? If that's the case, then I have no idea. I think you're stuck with manually adding each one.

Maybe poke around opml.org and see if you stumble over any tools. But yeah... you're a bit "out of scope" for what we can do as it relates to WordPress.org support.

It seems to work great! I only wish now I had access to the code so I could place it on my own site and not hog their bandwidth ;)
