    HI!
    I would like to work offline to save my bandwidth.
    So i started to set up ma localhost using WAMP.
    I downloaded my WP base site from Host copying all that's in
    public_html to dir www in WAMP.
    I build the database with myphpadmin changed what needed to be changed in config.php and got this error in my browser

    Internal Server Error

    The server encountered an internal error or misconfiguration and was unable to complete your request.

    Please contact the server administrator, admin@localhost and inform them of the time the error occurred, and anything you might have done that may have caused the error.

    More information about this error may be available in the server error log.

    so I went to apache and activated rewrite-module
    then i got my page "page not found error":

    Sorry, I've looked everywhere but I can't find the page you're looking for. Please try again with some different keywords.

    I think I need to change something in may .htaccess
    It looks like this

    RewriteBase /

    # BEGIN WordPress
    <IfModule mod_rewrite.c>
    RewriteEngine On
    RewriteBase /
    RewriteRule ^index\.php$ - [L]
    RewriteCond %{REQUEST_FILENAME} !-f
    RewriteCond %{REQUEST_FILENAME} !-d
    RewriteRule . /index.php [L]
    </IfModule>

    # END WordPress

    So if anybody knows what I'm taking about please help!
    THANKS UP FRONT!
