How to configure a cron job to trigers Plugins activities?

    Hi guys,
    I have setup WPresponder (massmailing) plugin, and test emails don’t get deliever.

    I assume I need to setup cron job. But where do i find what command I should use?

    Is there any formula to “inventing” commands if they are not provided by plugin development team?
