   My theme is Glow from Elegant themes if that helps anyone. And here's my website. http://www.dubsteppro.com

   I need help combining the category menu with the pages menu. As you can see on my site, the category is below the logo and the pages are above the logo. Any help appreciated.

   You should ask at Elegant themes forums for help.
   If your theme supports custom menus just make a menu with your cats and pages together.
