How to cleanup .htaccess and others?

    After de-installing iThemes security 4.0.5 (well I removed the plug-in folder by hand), I’m stuck with a “contaminated” .htaccess….and what else more in the DB, I dunno..

    Q: What would be the appropriate way to remove the entries installed by iThemes security?
