I feel dumb because I figured this out once but now I can't figure out how I did it.

I want to change the text displayed by wp_meta to be lower case.

Here is my website, on the left hand side you can see the meta stuff, for you it should say "Register" for me it says "Site Admin" because I'm the admin. I want to change the "Site Admin" text so I went and looked in widgets.php in wp-includes and saw that it was running wp_meta. When I found wp_meta in general-template it looked like all it was saying was "do the wp_meta action". Where does wp_meta tell wordpress what text should be here?

I d/l'ed the whole site and searched through the text for "Site Admin" but couldn't find it.

Actually I take that back, that link didn't solve anything.
