   Hi,
   I have this problem:
   I have set up the permalinks - no problem, but I just CANNOT figure out, how to set up the archives url to do so: http://www.somesite.com/somepage/2009 Instead I get just http://www.somesite.com/2009
   Can anyone help me with this pain ?

   P.S. Of course, all the other pages, like http://www.somesite.com/about-cats or http://www.somesite.com/about-dogs should remain the same, not turning to be http://www.somesite.com/archives/about-cats
   The transformation should be only with the page /somepage, which serves as the main archive gateway, displaying directly the archive for the current year (now 2009), not only the links to get there...
