Hi there
We have purchases the spectrum there from woothemes.com the theme is great, its just that its way too long in height throughout the entire template. Would anyone please know how to alter the height of it as there are too many scrolls from top to bottom

Link? It's very hard to help without a link.
In general, the height of an element is determined by its content; so to reduce the height, you put in less content.
Sometimes an element has a height associated with it, which can be changed in the style sheet. Whether it is wise to do so and whether the element should have had a height specified in the first place is another matter (or two).
