    You know how you can click a button and it will stop the excerpt of the post there? Well, currently it displays as the text: 'More....'
    I want it to permanently say 'Read More....' instead.
    i.e. current example on my site : theclubpenguincheats.com

    And How can I set it to permanently/automatically set up Excerpts once the text or lines reach a certain amount?

    thanks!!!

    I don't think so, read there:

    http://codex.wordpress.org/Customizing_the_Read_More#Designing_the_More_Tag

    Specially this line:

    If you want to change the words from more.... to something else, just type in the new words into the tag:

    <?php the_content('Read on...'); ?>

    So, you need to modify the the_content() on your theme (probably is in the index.php, below something like this:

    while (have_posts()) : the_post(); ?>

    to the_content('Read more...').
