how to change the ip address of wordpress site?

    Hi,

    I am using wordpress on my local machine. I have give http://127.0.0.1/wordpress as sites url and wordpress home. Now i want it to move to a different ip say 10.111.78.91 so that it will be accessible within the LAN by any body.
    Is there a way to do this?
