   I want to change the FTP path which is given by default user files plugin how do I change it?

   The paths are created by the plugin automatically and are generated from the users ID, this currently cannot be changed without re-coding the plugin.

   I can't purchase the premium version on your site because it is "out".

   My customer is awaiting for a version which autorize members to upload their own flies.

   I apologize for the inconvenience that was fixed earlier today, I have been extremely busy with commercial work and have not been checking on my site as often as I should.

   The free version allows users to add and/or delete files, simply go to settings->user files and check the option for users to add files and/or delete files. Then an uploader will appear on the user page to add files and a delete icon will appear next to the files to delete them.
