Hi all,
1. can anyone tell me that, I would like to change the default HOME page name to something else, so please send me the suggestions.
2. I want to add posts to a page i created, so please sugest that to add the posts to a new/existing page. Thanks in Advance.

Have a look at "pages". If that does not have a "home" link, the link could be hardcoded in your theme and that could be anywhere. In the header, index.php (and then probably also single.php, archive.php, search.php, etc.).
Posts and pages are different things that you should keep apart.
