How To Change Text/Fonts Blog Wide? (5 posts)

I'm using that 10/20 template or whatever it is called and I like it but the print now is too clear, too big, and the spaces between the lines too great.

It was fine when I started but now I've got some thousands of words written and I'm this big-time professional blogger I find I want to revert to something more like newspaper text, short, dense paras of closely spaced lines.

I can't find how to do it except the mention of which file contains the styles. Is that the only way to do it? Edit the style sheet oneself?

If so could anyone give me a start by suggesting appropriate parameters? font? size? spacing?

    regards,

    ab

Yes - although I'd strongly recommend creating a child theme. Otherwise your changes will be over-written the next time you upgrade the theme or WordPress itself.

    aaahhh, so...

    thank you for that.

    :)

p.s. you don't happen to know a good configuration that'd probably suit my desire for a 'newspaper' type blog? Something like forbes best blogs I'd like http://www.forbes.com/2003/04/14/bestblogslander.html

Any move in that direction away from my current would be good. Current: ipolli.com/blog

Thanks for that, esmi, but I'm happy with the theme - 20/10, 10/20, whatever it is (why can't I remember?) I just want to change the text.

I guess I'll have to edit the style sheet.

Oh: I guess I can get the details of the text/font from one of those themes you've shown me.... aaah....

    thank you

    :)
