    1. Find the template file that hold the opening body tag.
    Change <body> width <body <?php body_class(); ?>>
    This will add a bunch of very useful classes to your body tag, including a page-unique class. For page with id 15 it will look like this:
    <body class="... page page-id-15 ...">

    2. Use this class to change your font-size using specific css.

    This is pretty basic css stuff.

    The about us page, now has a body tag with the class page-id-26. So, now you go to your css files (the relevant one) and just add a rule.

    .page-id-26 .entry p{
       font-size: 14px; /* for example */
    }
