How to change posts "Archive" title

I am making a website at the moment that lists individual products as posts. As the products are just for information and no purchases will be made on the site this seemed like a straight forward way to go about it.

However, I am wondering if it is possible to change the post “Archive” title to something more appropriate. So rather than a category’s title reading Archive to say Products.

Would anyone be able to tell me if this is possible and what file(s) to look in?

I read this here that suggested I look in libarary/_spotlight.php but I cant seem to find that file.

any suggestions?
