   Hi
   My blog currently resides in: mydomainname.com/wordpress.
   I would like to change it to mydomainname.com ONLY.

   Any help with this is greatly appreciated.

   I'm no pro but I believe if you upload all the files in /wordpress to you main root folder this should take care it for you. I could be wrong and please let me know if I am.

   Vince is absolutely correct. Just make sure you don't forget to remove any index.htm files that already on the root otherwise it may cause conflicts.

   vince is absolutely NOT correct.. moving files is only 1/2 of what needs to be done. Furthermore moving files first will result in NOT being able to login to the wp-admin area to do the next step.
