   I just noticed that WordPress does not allow me to have a category named after any existing tag.

   Foe example, if I created a tag named Hiking Trips, and then if I create a category called Hiking Tips, the slug will be /hiking-trips-2/.

   This makes the category slug look ugly. Is there any way to work around this?

   I want the category slug to be simply /hiking-trips/

   Bump. This change in WordPress is not good.
