Hi! Thanks for a great plugin that solved my situation!
I’m trying to add a padlock icon to certain submenus and I really wan’t that icon to display after the title instead of before the title. I’ve browsed through your code and I can’t seem to find a solution. Could you please help me with this?

    Thanks!

  • Hey!

Thank you for using Menu Icons.
As of now, to achieve what you need, you will need to add custom styles, either by editing your theme’s style.css or via plugin (I recommend Simple Custom CSS).

I’m currently in the process of updating the plugin and will add some more features including this one 🙂

Thanks for you very quick answer!! I think I’ll wait for your update 🙂 The need to keep a WP site clean and updatable outweighs the need for “workarounds”. Even if it’s just a couple lines of plugin specific css.

    Hey,

New version is released. You can now easily position the icon 🙂

I noticed a bug… If you just have changed the icon for one of the menu items, when going to the next item and click on the icon to change it, the popup window shows the settings for the first menu item, no matter which other menu item you try to change. A save/reload of the menu admin is the only remedy. First then you can edit the icon for the next menu item.

Tim, I couldn’t reproduce this. On which browser did you find this behavior?
