   Hey all! I've been blogging for a while on wordpress.com, but I'm new to worpress.org, and I can't figure out how to change the title and subtitle to my blog. Also, I can't figure out how to change the metatags for the blogs, such as title, description, etc.

   Any help is much appreciated!!

   Just go to Settings -> General

   Oh...now I understand what you mean. Try the "All in One SEO" plugin.
