   Hi,

   I am creating my own header image, and would like to change the size of the header in the 2011 Theme, but I cannot find where to do that in the Header File. i want to reduce the height to 150 px.

   Any help is appreciated.

   it will be in theme's style.css

   you should not mod theme files, though
   create a child theme instead

   May help you out, redefine the header size for 2011
