Custom Post Type Permalinks
How to change default URL structure? (1 post)

I have a site running on Windows that requires the use of index.php in the site permalinks (I don't like it either, but it's a long story.) Site's post/page permalinks use index.php/postname/ and I'd like my custom post time permalinks to use postid instead of postname. But I need those URLs to read index.php/custom_post_type/postid and the only structure I can get is custom_post_type/postid. What can I edit in the plugin to get the index page added to the URL?

    Plugin works great otherwise.

    Thanks in advance.
