How to change a phrase in language

    Hellow everybody
    I am using Arabic Language in My wordpress , I want change a phrase in language , I can access language file and change on it but nothing changed in My wp ,

    I wish anybody help me in this …

    If it’s in the blog as visitors see it, then you need to change your blogs theme files.

    If it’s the admin, you’ll have to revel in the deep joys of .po file editing, I’m entirely alien to this, but I can say at least that you’ll need a special program for that.

    it’s the admin , I already edit .po file for phrases I want and save it , but nothing edited in the admin
