How to center the slider & problem w/display of arrows/numbers in IE and Firefox

Hello. I thought I posted this but don’t see it anywhere. Could some kind soul possibly help me out here?

1. Can I center the Smooth Slider on the page? If so, how would I accomplish this?

2. In IE and Firefox, the navigation arrows do not display. The navigation numbers are squished into the upper left corner underneath the title. Is there a way to fix one of these? (If I could make the arrows work, I don’t need the numbers, and vice versa.)
