   On this page you click on sth and go further, like http://myadress.com/page/further.php.
   Is it possible?

   Are you looking for something like the <!--nextpage--> Quicktag? ([next] on the Quicktags button bar). Where you insert this in your post will cause a virtual break, paginate the document, and provide page links at the bottom of the post. You can insert the tag multiple times, thereby creating a multi-page post.

   No, it won't be a post. It's like a sub page. Like eem.... The page would be with a name "about me". So I write stuff, maybe something like "I like cars". So when I click on the "I like cars" it opens a sub page with my favourite models.

   I think it sounded a bit dum, but i hope you get it...
